What caused these rumors at first was the mysterious 5 mega-pixel Samsung phone, now that it's been confirmed as the F480, I don't think we'll hear much more about this phone.

Their are rumors of a Dash replacement that might have 3G. Also, the new Shadow II might have 3G but it's doubtful.
